Animazement 2009:
So, I'm going to explain (through this text post), what exactly we did last weekend. 

Friday:
We all went to school, the day seemed to go on FOREVER!  Obviously, class was boring... I mean... it's school... OKAY!  So the final bell rings and all of us rush to the front of the school to wait for my Father to pick us up so we can go.  As we are waiting, Steven walks up from the Junior/Sophomore parking lot.  My dad gets here, and we book it.  We drive the 4 hours, pretty easy.  We get to Raleigh, and find our hotel, and then we head to the con for a little look.  (At this time, it was around 7:40).  So we get in, get our badges, and we discuss WHERE and WHAT to do for the next few hours.  We walk up stairs, and out of nowhere I see a small white woman jump in front of me and yell, "Jason!".  I had no fucking clue who it was.  It was a friend of mine, Hilaree. 
We talked for a little, I let her get back to whatever she was doing with her friends, and then the HACK crew was off to climb the stairs.
So we walk outside, and we're chilling.  So I'm like, "fuck I'm bored!".  I look across the street, and I see this parking garage.  "I'm going to climb that...".  So we all walk across to the door of the stairs, and we all START walking.  Half way up, Kyle is tired as fuck, and then this crowd below (a bunch of girls) start yelling at Kyle to give him encouragement.  Haha. 
We left the con for the night, recorded the con report, and fell asleep.

Saturday:
We woke up at around 7.  We all decided to just go straight to the con at 9 when it opens, and since it was 7, we all thought to eat.  My father (generous as he is) went and bought everyone 2 McDonalds breakfast biscuits.  Good as crap.  We eat those, watch some CW (Chaotic, we were waiting for Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's and Kamen Rider Dragon Knight.... but those were like 3 hours later...).  So we eat, get ready, and head to the con.
Okay, here's the day in a nutshell:
1. Walk in
2. Call John
3. Walk upstairs
4. Look at hot cosplayers
5. Meet up with John and his dad
6. We leave to go to the dealers room
7. We spend an hour or two in there
8. We leave the dealers room to go do NOTHING
9. I'm already feeling like shit (I was sick ALL weekend)
10. Leave to change out of cosplays
11. Dealers room
12. Card Room
13. Kyle Hebert Panel
14. I leave to go meet up with Shino and Steven outside
15. We go eat some food
16. Dealers Room
17. Card Room
18. Go back to the hotel for dinner
19. Relax
20. Go back to con
21. Card Room
22. Waiting for Rave
23. I'm in the card room for 2 hours or so
24. Watching RedRover below us
25. Girl got the FUCK knocked out of her

Sunday:
We all go the BestBuy, Target, and then we leave.


Personally, Animazement 2009 sucked for me.  I was SICK ALL WEEKEND, so I had a shitty time.  Hopefully AWA 09 will be AMAZING!

Anime HACK

So we will be attending Animazement this weekend. With that in mind, that is why we haven't recorded an episode. Because we will be recording a con report every night of the convention, that should suffice. Right? Well it better be god dammit! Haha. We should be getting A LOT of pictures, and a lot of footage and hopefully a lot of stories to talk about. We shall see haha. Expect those con reports to be up by like... Monday or something. PEACE!!!

So this is Episode 70 (yes, I know, a day late! OMG!).  But alas, it's here for you all to listen to.  To enjoy, or to not enjoy, that is truly the question.  It was recorded on a Saturday instead of a Friday, and for some odd reason we can never get an amazing episode out on a Saturday... but, oh well.  We talk about the news, random shit, and of course, our reviews!

(Now, this was seriously one the BEST anime I have seen in a LONG time.  The story caught my attention quickly, the characters were awesome, and the animation quality and music were eye and ear catching.)

(What can I say about this anime? Well, Kyle REALLY enjoyed it.  The first time I've actually seen him happy about an anime in a long time.  But to me personally, since I'm editing this, I have to say it scares the fuck out of me.  The character's eyes are very big, and the faces are weird as shit.)

1. Someone dies.
2. Someone dies again (feminist).
   
3. Funimation licenses some shit.
4. Japan needs money through international anime industry.
5. Old guns and bullets.
