Yo! Guys... I know, it's been a while... a month.. BUT! We're back! YEAH! We come back this week with Episode 85, the long awaited episode, and.. it's pretty good. (Cept for the screwing up of Garageband while saving... causing part 1 of the episode to be cut off...). But, we have good reviews, good news, and some good convos. Garageband only allows people to use 999 beats or whatever, and I have to upgrade to 08 GB for more time). Animazement 2009:
So, I'm going to explain (through this text post), what exactly we did last weekend. 

Friday:
We all went to school, the day seemed to go on FOREVER!  Obviously, class was boring... I mean... it's school... OKAY!  So the final bell rings and all of us rush to the front of the school to wait for my Father to pick us up so we can go.  As we are waiting, Steven walks up from the Junior/Sophomore parking lot.  My dad gets here, and we book it.  We drive the 4 hours, pretty easy.  We get to Raleigh, and find our hotel, and then we head to the con for a little look.  (At this time, it was around 7:40).  So we get in, get our badges, and we discuss WHERE and WHAT to do for the next few hours.  We walk up stairs, and out of nowhere I see a small white woman jump in front of me and yell, "Jason!".  I had no fucking clue who it was.  It was a friend of mine, Hilaree. 
We talked for a little, I let her get back to whatever she was doing with her friends, and then the HACK crew was off to climb the stairs.
So we walk outside, and we're chilling.  So I'm like, "fuck I'm bored!".  I look across the street, and I see this parking garage.  "I'm going to climb that...".  So we all walk across to the door of the stairs, and we all START walking.  Half way up, Kyle is tired as fuck, and then this crowd below (a bunch of girls) start yelling at Kyle to give him encouragement.  Haha. 
We left the con for the night, recorded the con report, and fell asleep.

Saturday:
We woke up at around 7.  We all decided to just go straight to the con at 9 when it opens, and since it was 7, we all thought to eat.  My father (generous as he is) went and bought everyone 2 McDonalds breakfast biscuits.  Good as crap.  We eat those, watch some CW (Chaotic, we were waiting for Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's and Kamen Rider Dragon Knight.... but those were like 3 hours later...).  So we eat, get ready, and head to the con.
Okay, here's the day in a nutshell:
1. Walk in

5. Meet up with John and his dad
6. We leave to go to the dealers room
7. We spend an hour or two in there
8. We leave the dealers room to go do NOTHING

Personally, Animazement 2009 sucked for me.  I was SICK ALL WEEKEND, so I had a shitty time.  Hopefully AWA 09 will be AMAZING!

So we will be attending Animazement this weekend. With that in mind, that is why we haven't recorded an episode. Because we will be recording a con report every night of the convention, that should suffice. Right? Well it better be god dammit! Haha. So this is the awaited hentai episode!!! We don't really talk about WHAT sexual acts are in the hentai, we just talk about the story lines of them both. We talk about the news, have an in depth discussion on online relationships with Steven, and have our reviews of course. So this episode was recorded at 11:00 to 12:00 last Saturday... so everyone was TIRED AS FUCK! It was a decent episode, could have been a lot better if we weren't so damn tired! We were recording sketches, playing Yu-Gi-Oh, and watching Machine Girl. So we recorded episode 67 last Friday, I get home today to edit it and post it... but it's GONE! So I said to myself, "fuck this! I'm not going to re-record this episode, we are just going to continue!". So this Friday is Episode 68, it'll be up on that same day!!!! I'm making sure of it!!! But basically, we talked about a lot of news, and had two reviews for everyone. Reviews: Jason - Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood Episode 2/ Phantom: Requiem for a Phantom Shino - Wagaya no Oinari-sama In the end, Phantom got a 2 out of 4, and Wagaya no Oinari-sama got a 3 out of 4. News/Question of the week
So, apparently a man in Iowa is being accused of possession of yaoi, (for those of you who do NOT know, it seems that yaoi and yuri depicting girls and boys that LOOK like children, isn't so great here in the States) and he will be going to court on December 2 of this year.  Christopher Handley's (the man with the yaoi) lawyer, Eric Chase, states:

"There is explicit sex in yaoi comics. And the men are drawn in a very androgynous style, which has the effect of making them look really young. There's a real taboo in Japan about showing pubic hair, so they're all drawn without it, which also makes them look young. So what concerned the authorities were the depictions of children in explicit sexual situations that they believed to be obscene. But there are no actual children. It was all very crude images from a comic book."

With this, Neil Gaiman(award winning comic book writer and adapter of Princess Monoke) is attempting to raise money for Handley with the help of the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund (CBLDF).  Gaiman says that he has worked on items/works that include explicit material featuring minors (or looking like minors).  Gaiman also stated that he has his own collection of explicit material and said, "That's just deeply wrong. Nobody was hurt. The only thing that was hurt were ideas."

BACK ONCE AGAIN! Episode 53! YO! So, this is a long episode (back to our usually length), about an hour long, and... its full of shit! Lol The good kind though! So, we review: Switch OVA, Psychic Force, Kanokan, Maid Team. Its a great episode, and we discuss the news, our question of the week, so... check it!

So, this is a sidecast about the Japanese super sentai, Kamen Rider. In this episode, you will hear John and myself (Jason) talking about the show, telling what its about, and what we think of the current Riders, and the ones of the past. Stay tuned! HENSHIN!

So, at the moment I'm working on getting all the links from the Blogger, to Libsyn smoothly.  But, so far, I'm not getting anywhere.  BUT!  I did get something done today!  My buddy John and I recorded episode 1 of our new "sidecast", called RiderCast.  This podcast/sidecast is all about the sentai show, Kamen Rider.

So we are back after taking that one week break... I apologize :( But! We return on this Halloween day with episode 52! Good episode, shorter than usual though (good thing lol), we review: Jin Roh Wolf Brigade, Zero no Tsukaima (3rd Season), and School Rumble. Good episode, check it!!!

This episode sucks ass, so... don't listen to it.  If you want to, go right ahead, but... I advise you NOT to listen to this shitty episode. 

So we are back once again for the 50th episode of AHACK.  And, well, we talk about the news... some disturbing news at that.  Of course we have our reviews: Romeo x Juliet, Rozen Maiden Overture, and Love Hina (redid, yes, redid).  Check out this jam packed episode!!!

YO! In this episode, as you can tell, we have decided to change up the style/format of the episode. Better or worse? I think its better, for the most part. We talk about the LACK of news, we discuss the news topic of the week, and we do a Who would Win, induct a new anime into the HACKER's Hall, and review: Noein, Tsuyokiss, and something else...

Back again, and after some Libsyn problems, I decided to upgrade our account (all of you better thank my Dad haha), so in this episode we review: Cowboy Bebop The Movie, Outlaw Star, and Soul Eater. We discuss news, and our topic of the week, AND AWA!

Yes, we haven't been doing the show.... for a while... school started... hopefully... yeah... we are back... i think?

Yes, I know, TWO WEEKS? WHAT? ANIME HACK, WHATS UP? Well, i explain, and well.. this episode is pretty crazy lol. We review: Black Jack, Ghost Hound, Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokura Chan, World Destruction. We are back for the school year!!!!!!

So this episode is a pretty weak one, weak reviews, mostly news. AMAZING! I know lol. Next week will be better, promise. We sorda review : GTO (Everything) and Wolf's Rain.

So, Libsyn gave me 250 mb a month to compensate for the lack of space.... sweet! We review: Final Fantasy 7: The Last Order, Chi's Sweet Home, and Venus Versus Virus. Its a episode filled with a bunch of short reviews, see ya on Friday!
